Headache Medicine Clinical Trial
In science we did a Clinical Trial for a new headache medicine. 98 students participated in this Clinical Trial. 52 students drank the placebo, which means that they didn't drink the real one, they drank something that looked like the real one. 46 students drank the treatment, which is the real medicine. Based on the data below 97.83% of the students in the treatment group said that the medicine made them better, and only 20% of those students who got better said that the medicine got them better, but they got side affects. Only one student said that the medicine didn't work for them. In the placebo group, 36.54% of the group said that they had gotten better, and 63% said that they still had a headache. Since more people still had a headache after drinking the placebo, then the medicine would be good for curing headaches. If more people got better by drinking the placebo, then the medicine would've not been good. I think that these results prove that this medicine is a good medicine to cure headahces, and that the FDA should start selling them. The reason I think this, is because 97% of the students got better, and some of them with only a few minor side effects.
